Obesity is a growing lifestyle disorder that can lead to multiple health complications such as metabolic syndrome, joint disorders, fatigue, and reduced quality of life. According to Ayurveda, Sthoulya is caused mainly by Kapha Dosha aggravation and Medodhatu accumulation due to improper diet and sedentary lifestyle. Ayurveda provides holistic management through Shodhana therapies, herbal medications, diet regulation, and lifestyle modification.
