After 21 days of inpatient treatments, the patient has gotten 70% improvement from the symptoms. After the treatment she was advised to take medications along with proper diet and lifestyle modifications. Presenting complaints:

Skin lesions along with severe itching and scaling over scalp, trunk, upper and lower limbs—for 6 years

H/O Presenting complaints:

A 35 years old female patient was admitted at our hospital with complaints of skin lesions over scalp, trunk, upper and lower limbs since 6 years. She had taken Allopathic and Homeopathic medications and the symptoms got relieved, but on stopping the medications, the symptoms got aggravated since 6 months.

Vital Parameters:

BP: 130/90mm of hg           Pulse: 70/min    

Height: 160cm                       Weight:76 Kg               

Ahara: Mixed diet

Vihara: No exercises

Appetite: Teekshnagni

Micturition: Normal

Bowel: Constipated

Sleep: Good

General systemic examination:

Gait: normal                    GC: Obese          CVS: S1S2 heard

CNS: Oriented to place and time

RS: NVBS heard                           PA: Soft, No organomegaly

Palpation—The patches are very thick, elevated
