Migraine is a neurological disorder usually characterised by intense, debilitating headache involving either half of the head. Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound, etc. In Ayurveda it can be correlated as Ardhavabhedaka. Migraine can occur at all ages and usually begins before the age of 25. It is more prevalent in women than men.

- Severe headache since 2 years
H/O Presenting complaints:
A female patient of age 36 years old was admitted in our hospital with complaints of severe headache since 2 years. She has periodic episodes of headache, 1-2 episodes per month and each episode persists 2-3 days. She has taken allopathic treatments before and is on medication for the same. She has nausea at the time of headache.

Diagnosis: Migraine Headache (Shirashoola)
Treatments given:
We have given15 days of Inpatient treatments with internal medication and external therapies along with proper diet.
Shodhana Nasya, Shirovasti and Kayarechana was done along with shamanaushadhas
Outcome scales after 15 days of treatment:

After 15 days of inpatient treatment, patient has got complete relief from the symptoms. Advised her to continue the medications and Shaman Nasya for next one month.
